is a merged association
under the jurisdiction of the
United States Bowling Congress.

ELECTION

The Citrus Belt USBC Association

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING & ELECTION

is scheduled for

Sunday, May 16, 2010, at 12:00 PM

at Arrowhead Lanes, 299 W. Orange Show Rd., San Bernardino CA.

All Citrus Belt members are eligible to attend the meeting, run for office, and vote.

Nomination Form

The offices up for election are

	First VP
	Third VP
	Fifth VP
	Sergeant At Arms
	Area Three Director (Mountains)
	Area Six Director (Riverside), and
	Center representatives for Arrowhead Lanes, Bowlium, Deer Creek Lanes, Fantasy Lanes, Moreno Valley Bowl, Rim Lanes, and Upland Bowl.

If you are interested in running for any of the offices listed above, please complete the nomination form and mail/deliver it to the Citrus Belt office by April 15, 2010.
